We are seeking motivated and skilled Aviation Tele Callers to engage with our candidates and provide them with information about our aviation courses. As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates to promote our aviation courses.
- Provide accurate information regarding the course, duration, and other details related to the inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with callers through effective communication.
- Assist candidates in resolving any issues or concerns they may have about our courses.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and interactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets..
Qualifications:
- A degree is essential, previous experience in aviation, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or the aviation industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to address client needs effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
