Job Description

• Teaching and Training:
• Deliver lectures and practical sessions on aviation subjects such as Aviation Management, Airline Operations, Ground Handling, Safety Procedures, and other relevant topics.
• Develop and update lesson plans, course materials, and training modules in alignment with industry standards.
• Student Development:
• Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences to enhance student knowledge and skills.
• Mentor and guide students in academic and professional growth, including mock interviews and career readiness.
• Assessment and Evaluation:
• Conduct assessments, quizzes, and exams to monitor student progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students for continuous improvement.
• Curriculum and Program Development:
• Contribute to the development and revision of the aviation curriculum to align with evolving industry trends.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to provide additional industry insights.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate student attendance, academic records, and reports.
• Coordinate with the Academic Coordinator and other faculty members for smooth academic operations.
• Industry Engagement:
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the aviation industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals to ensure relevance in teaching.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure adherence to institutional policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support audits and reviews by maintaining proper documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of [Insert years] years of professional experience in aviation or teaching. Prior experience in an educational setting is an advantage.
• Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., IATA, DGCA, etc.) are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
