Key Responsibilities
• System Installation and Setup:
• Install, configure, and test video conferencing hardware and software, including cameras, microphones, speakers, and control systems.
• Integrate video conferencing solutions with existing IT and AV infrastructure.
• Support and Troubleshooting:
• Provide technical support for video conferencing systems, resolving connectivity, audio, video, and network issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to recurring issues.
• Respond promptly to user requests during live meetings or events.
• Optimization and Maintenance:
• Monitor and optimize system performance for consistent quality and reliability.
• Apply firmware updates, patches, and system upgrades to ensure compatibility and security.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and calibration of equipment.
• User Training and Documentation:
• Train end-users on best practices for using video conferencing tools effectively.
• Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting manuals.
• Collaboration and Project Management:
• Collaborate with IT and AV teams to plan and execute new installations or upgrades.
• Assist in evaluating new technologies and recommend solutions to enhance the video conferencing experience.
• Compliance and Standards:
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards and industry best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in video conferencing systems
