Who we are looking for State Street is looking for a Senior Audiovisual Integration Manager to provide expertise and leadership in lifecycle planning, scope capturing, design & deployment of Audiovisual systems within Collaboration Services. Working with the tower lead & architects, this person will be primarily responsible for leading the Project Management and delivery program related to these tools The future state, design, documentation, and interdependencies of solutions within these platforms is the core focus. What you will be responsible for: As the Senior Audiovisual Integration Manager you will Develop solutions that meet business and technical requirements for associated platforms. Work directly with engineering & operations teams to implement solution designs. Work with networking team to integrate applications & A/V hardware Work with management and the strategy team to define long term solution & environment roadmaps Manage from stakeholder request to production, AV system - scoping, procurement, scheduling, resource coordination, installation, and commissioning simultaneously for multiple AV installation/refresh demands across the globe. Proactive contact and coordination with key stakeholders in Realty and IT (Information Technology) Coordination of AV design meetings with install vendor, realty, and stakeholders AV Refresh/Lifecycle scope and budgeting Work with IT (Information Technology) and procurement department for proposal Purchase Order release Work with AV vendors to on-board new AV tech for POC (Proof of Concept) testing and conference room production on-boarding What we value: These skills will help you succeed in this role 4-5 years of minimum industry experience k nowledge about Audiovisual & Digital Signage industry standards & trends Knowledge of Zoom, Teams, AppSpace , OBS Studio, Mural, MS Stream Adept waterfall and agile methodologies History installing large scale Audiovisual projects Ability to converse with network architects and engineers to ensure clarity and timeliness of action item s and changes required for service implementation and needs Avixia training and certifications such as a CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D preferred Energetic self-starter who is a detailed and organized critical thinker and problem solver Respected leader with the ability to influence and represent perspectives of others Effective verbal and written communication skills
