We are seeking an experienced Autosar Software Architecture Design Expert to provide external Subject Matter Expert (SME) support in the development of architecture design and fully configuring Base Autosar Software to achieve ASPICE Level 2 The successful candidate will play a crucial role in guiding our team, building expertise, and ensuring the efficient configuration and integration of Autosar software components.
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Extensive experience (minimum 10-15 years) in Autosar software architecture design and development.
Proficiency in setting up architecture, generation, and integration with Vector tooling.
Strong understanding of Autosar Basic Software Modules (BSWs) configuration and optimization.
Experience in multi-core configuration and memory partitioning techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coach and train team members.
Proven track record of guiding teams to successful project outcomes.
ASPICE certification or experience in achieving ASPICE Level 2 compliance is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

Provide expert-level guidance and support in the development of Autosar software architecture design.
Assist in setting up architecture generation and integration with Vector tooling.
Fully configure Base Autosar Software to meet ASPICE Level 2 requirements.
Provide recommendations on design and implementation strategies to optimize software configuration.
Develop integration strategies for base software components.
Implement automation techniques to streamline integration processes.
Guide, coach, and train team members on Autosar software architecture principles and best practices.
Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment within the team.
Efficiently configure Basic Software Modules (BSWs) according to project requirements.
Offer recommendations on design and implementation approaches to enhance software performance and reliability.
Multi-Core Configuration and Memory Partitioning:
Configure multi-core architectures and optimize memory partitioning based on product needs.
Ensure efficient utilization of resources and maximize system performance.
Mentor and coach team members for long-term skill development.
Empower the team to independently configure and work on
Autosar software projects.
