Job Description

: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Automotive Technician to join our elite car servicing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of all aspects of car maintenance and repairs, including bodyshop work. This individual will lead the team, handle billings, and manage customer interactions to ensure vehicles are serviced to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform comprehensive car maintenance and repair tasks.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
• Oversee bodyshop work, ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standard.
• Manage billing processes and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Communicate with customers to understand their service needs and keep them informed about their vehicle's status.
• Coordinate the scheduling and tracking of repair work.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, with a focus on bodyshop work.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• Excellent knowledge of car maintenance, repairs, and diagnostic procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage billing and administrative tasks efficiently.
• ASE certification or equivalent is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
