Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, aiming to prevent breakdowns and efficiently address defaults within optimized time frames. Collaborate with Production and Quality departments for seamless operations. Efficiency & Resource Management: Assess the efficiency of interventions, including the prudent use of resources and spare parts.
Strive for sustained energy efficiency of equipment, optimizing consumption and minimizing waste. Supporting Performance Processes: Participate in the analysis and implementation of performance enhancement processes.
Support requirements from 5S\' (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) briefings, ensuring that improvements are integrated and upheld. Assuring Machine Performance: Ensure the optimal performance of machinery within the designated responsibility perimeter, conducting regular checks and necessary maintenance to prevent disruptions.
