Automotive Maintenance Technician Qualifications: Diploma in EEE/Mechatronics only Package: Upto 7LPA Location : Thiruvallur District Roles and Responsibilities: Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Maintain, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation systems within the designated area.
Apply best maintenance practices to ensure the efficient functioning of machinery. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing maintenance quality and strive for optimal machine availability.
Implement and refine methods and practices to ensure safety, quality adherence, and compliance with instructions and standards. Equipment Compliance: Sustain compliance of machinery with established standards, cleanliness, cycle times, and influential parameters critical to performance. Documentation and Analysis: Encode, document, and analyze interventions for future reference and improvement strategies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, aiming to prevent breakdowns and efficiently address defaults within optimized time frames. Collaborate with Production and Quality departments for seamless operations. Efficiency & Resource Management: Assess the efficiency of interventions, including the prudent use of resources and spare parts.
Strive for sustained energy efficiency of equipment, optimizing consumption and minimizing waste. Supporting Performance Processes: Participate in the analysis and implementation of performance enhancement processes.
Support requirements from 5S\' (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) briefings, ensuring that improvements are integrated and upheld. Assuring Machine Performance: Ensure the optimal performance of machinery within the designated responsibility perimeter, conducting regular checks and necessary maintenance to prevent disruptions. • Analytical Skills: Ability to diagnose issues, encode interventions, and analyze data for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production and quality teams to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources and spare parts to ensure cost-effective maintenance.
• Compliance Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality measures, and operational instructions.
• Problem-solving: Identify and resolve issues efficiently to minimize machine downtime.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation for all interventions and analyses.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in order to maintain and optimize automotive equipment effectively. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 35,000.00 - 55,000.00 per month Schedule:
