Job Title: Service Advisor- Male

Location: TVS AKB Motors LLP, Ramanattukara

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary: ?12,000 - ?13,000 per month + incentives

Job Summary:

TVS AKB Motors LLP is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Service Advisor . The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the customer and the service department, ensuring that customers receive the best service experience. The role involves understanding customer requirements, coordinating vehicle service processes, and providing timely updates to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Understand customer concerns regarding their vehicle and translate them into work orders for the service team.

- Provide clear explanations of the services required and the associated costs.

- Coordinate with the service team to ensure the timely completion of repairs and maintenance.

- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional work that may be required.

- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain customer records and follow up on service feedback.

- Upsell additional services and parts where appropriate.

- Ensure that all customer interactions meet company standards for professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

- Male candidates preferred.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle maintenance processes.

- Previous experience in a service advisory role is a plus.

- Ability to work as part of a team.
