1. Customer Interaction:
• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen to customer concerns and vehicle symptoms to determine necessary services.
• Explain vehicle issues and recommended services in clear, non-technical terms.
2. Service Coordination:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, including labor, parts, and additional services.
• Schedule service appointments and ensure the timely completion of repairs.
• Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns and obtain updates.
3. Sales and Upselling:
• Recommend additional services or products based on vehicle inspections or manufacturer guidelines.
• Explain the benefits of suggested services to customers and secure approvals.
4. Documentation and Records:
• Create detailed service orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Ensure all warranty and insurance claims are processed correctly.
5. Customer Satisfaction:
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate as needed.
