REQUIRED- ASM - AREA SALES MANAGER - ( Automotive Lubricants Sales Specialist ) AT SURAT, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, MEHSANA LOCATIONAbout the Company - Automotive Lubricants industryExperience of at least 2-10 years as an AREA SALES MANAGER - SALES MANAGER - OR SALES (preferably Automotive Lubricants or Automotive spare parts INDUSTRY )Location - SURAT- Ahmedabad, Vadodara, MEHSANASALARY - 30K TO 45KMUST BE EXPERIENCE IN Automotive Lubricants or Automotive spare parts INDUSTRYJOB ROLE -

• Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory
• Roll out annual, quarterly, and monthly distributor programs;
• Produce targeted sales action plans on monthly, quarterly and annual basis for designated area;
• To work closely with the distributor and their staff members in meeting annual targets;
• Training and development of the Distributor sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company\'s customer base and ensures its strong presence
• Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers
• Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects
• Executing and monitoring offline sales activities along with dealer and distributor networks
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
• To carry out market analysis on competition and gather market intelligence in order to plan out sale\'s promotional activities properly;
• Effective management of branding activities in order to build strong brand presence in the markets
