Automobile Trainer
Job Description
• Directs and schedules the activities of team employees, ensuring proper staffing at all times . Ensures that each customer is greeted as quickly as possible. Implements and maintains a prospect tracking and follow-up system. Helps salespeople close deals when necessary.
• Coach. As a leader you have a responsibility and need to develop others to succeed in their roles and prepare for future roles.
• Facilitator. You need to make things easier for others.
• Team player.
