Required - Dealer In-house TrainerLocation: AhmedabadIndustry- Automotive industryMust have experience as an Automobile Trainer candidate will have a background in a car dealershipObjectives of the jobTo ensure Skill Enhancement of sales and after-sales staff :a) Managing the dealership\'s training requirements, including identification of training needs and nomination to required programsb) Delivery of training courses and programs as per OEM\'s standards.c) Ensuring that training provided by OEM to the sales and after sales staff supports the aimsand objectives of the dealership via in-house trainings, role plays, tests etc. and provide feedback to OEM for future training requirementsd) Implementing an in-house training system at the dealershipKey Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for dealership staff on various aspects of automobile sales, customer service, product knowledge, and dealership operations.
  • Develop training materials, modules, and resources tailored to the needs of dealership personnel.
  • Collaborate with management to assess training needs and implement strategies to enhance performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with the latest automotive industry trends, technologies, and best practices to incorporate into training sessions.
Job Designation/Field of Work:1 Operational\xef\x82\xb7 To perform training needs analysis (TNA) for each department and identify the gap vis-\xc3\xa0- vis product knowledge, sales process and soft skill\xef\x82\xb7 To provide inputs to OEM training team and take specific module to address the above needs and conduct trainings related to product knowledge, sales process and soft skill wherever and whenever required\xef\x82\xb7 To maintain the central library for training and regularly update the inventory of the same thus reporting it to GM Sales & After Sales\xef\x82\xb7 To identify &; evaluate any external training program (if required) for the employees &; training department with prior approval of GM Sales & After Sales\xef\x82\xb7 Evaluation and Assessment of Trainings conductedIn-house Training:\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct Foundation Training on Brand through E-Training for all new sales staff\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct Internal Orientation training for Sales and After sales staff\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct Basic Auto Technology Module and Test as per OEM guidelines\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure implementation of On Job Training through Training Log Books\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct Product and Sales Process Training with role plays at dealerships\xef\x82\xb7 Train the team on product launch updates and competition comparison\xef\x82\xb7 On the job training and shadowing for Sales staff to improve conversion and productivity\xef\x82\xb7 To design, conduct & monitor timely evaluations after the training has been impartedLiaison with OEM\xef\x82\xb7 Coordination with OEM Team on Training Needs\xef\x82\xb7 To get updated information on Products and Processes in terms of Training Content from OEM\'s Sales Training and After-sales Training team.Training MIS\xef\x82\xb7 Timely reporting of monthly MIS of Dealer sales staff\xef\x82\xb7 Manpower Required-Onboard-Trained status\xef\x82\xb7 Month-wise Training Report\xef\x82\xb7 To maintain records of each training program done and the evaluations completed in a separate fileAPPLY NOW - WHATSAPP YOUR CV - 9619789053
