Required - Dealer In-house Trainer Location: Ahmedabad Industry- Automotive industry Must have experience as an Automobile Trainer candidate will have a background in a car dealership Objectives of the job To ensure Skill Enhancement of sales and after-sales staff : a) Managing the dealership\'s training requirements, including identification of training needs and nomination to required programs b) Delivery of training courses and programs as per OEM\'s standards. c) Ensuring that training provided by OEM to the sales and after sales staff supports the aims and objectives of the dealership via in-house trainings, role plays, tests etc. and provide feedback to OEM for future training requirements d) Implementing an in-house training system at the dealership Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions for dealership staff on various aspects of automobile sales, customer service, product knowledge, and dealership operations. Develop training materials, modules, and resources tailored to the needs of dealership personnel. Collaborate with management to assess training needs and implement strategies to enhance performance. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Stay updated with the latest automotive industry trends, technologies, and best practices to incorporate into training sessions. Job Designation/Field of Work: 1 Operational To perform training needs analysis (TNA) for each department and identify the gap vis- - vis product knowledge, sales process and soft skill To provide inputs to OEM training team and take specific module to address the above needs and conduct trainings related to product knowledge, sales process and soft skill wherever and whenever required To maintain the central library for training and regularly update the inventory of the same thus reporting it to GM Sales & After Sales To identify &; evaluate any external training program (if required) for the employees &; training department with prior approval of GM Sales & After Sales Evaluation and Assessment of Trainings conducted In-house Training: Conduct Foundation Training on Brand through E-Training for all new sales staff Conduct Internal Orientation training for Sales and After sales staff Conduct Basic Auto Technology Module and Test as per OEM guidelines Ensure implementation of On Job Training through Training Log Books Conduct Product and Sales Process Training with role plays at dealerships Train the team on product launch updates and competition comparison On the job training and shadowing for Sales staff to improve conversion and productivity To design, conduct & monitor timely evaluations after the training has been imparted Liaison with OEM Coordination with OEM Team on Training Needs To get updated information on Products and Processes in terms of Training Content from OEM\'s Sales Training and After-sales Training team .
