An automobile sales executive, also known as a car salesperson, sells new and used vehicles at a dealership:
• Customer service : Understands customers' needs and interests, and matches them with the right vehicle.
• Negotiation : Closes sales by negotiating prices and overcoming objections.
• Delivery : Prepares vehicles for delivery, and ensures customers understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Follow-up : Maintains a follow-up system to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Sales support : Assists with showroom setup, and helps with the used-vehicle inspection process.
• Reporting : Provides sales management information by completing reports.
• Education : Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications
