Salary Range: ?15,000/- to ?18,000/- per month
Minimum Qualification:
• Graduate or equivalent
• 2-3 years of work experience as a Sales Executive in the commercial automobile industry
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively promote and sell Tata Motors Winger and Bus products to potential customers.
• Generate leads through field visits, customer calls, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate vehicles and financing options.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the dealership team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and Tata Motors product offerings.
• Achieve sales targets set by the management and contribute to overall dealership performance.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of Winger and Bus product lines is a plus.
