• Customer serviceUnderstands customer needs and interests, and matches them with the right car.
• Sales processDemonstrates vehicles, takes customers on test drives, and negotiates prices.
• Post-saleDelivers vehicles to customers, schedules first service appointments, and follows up on customer expectations.
• Sales managementProvides sales management information, reviews actions, and plans for improvement.
• ShowroomAssists with setting up the showroom and displays.
• EducationUpdates job knowledge by reading professional publications and participating in educational opportunities.
• CommunicationCommunicates with customers in a clear, respectful, and transparent manner.
Other responsibilities may include: Suggesting trade-ins, Presenting financing options, Helping with the used-vehicle inspection process, and Keeping the sales area neat and clean
