Overview:

As a Floor Supervisor at our Honda 2-Wheeler showroom, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service on the showroom floor. You will supervise the daily activities of workshop staff, assist customers with their inquiries, and maintain workshop visits to Honda's high standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Supervision and Coordination:

- Lead and supervise showroom staff including service staff

- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure efficient operations.

- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate targets, policies, and procedures.

2. Customer Service:

- Greet customers and assist them in understanding Honda products and services.

- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

3. Workshop Operations Management:

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader in a workshop environment, in the automotive sector.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

- Knowledge of Honda 2-wheeler products and market trends is advantageous.

- Diploma or degree in automobile or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ?9,500.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Uluberia, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 5 years (Preferred)
• Automotive service: 3 years (Preferred)
