And finally, youxe2x80x99re open and borderless xe2x80x93 naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional Expertise:Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in NMS/EMS IBM Tivoli Netcool Suit of Products which includes Deployment, Configuration, Administering and Customization in Netcool/Omnibus, Probes, Gateways, WebGUI, ITM, Netcool Impact, Jazz for SM.Subject Matter expert on Netcool servers, ITM, ScienceLogic and Zabbix configuration, monitoring and troubleshootingExperience of Auto call and event suppressions in enterprise environmentConfiguration and customizations experience in M&E management environmentsExperience in IBM Tivoli Netcool Omnibus 8.1 customized configuration of Mulit-Tier architecture, Probes and Gateways.Good experience in configuring various probes including MTTrapd, Syslog, EIF, Ping, Message bus probe etc.Experience in configuring Object Server Gateways like JDBC, Uni and Bi-directional Gateway.Integration experience with ITSM tool - ServiceNow.Troubleshooting of the events/incidents raised.Troubleshooting of Netcool.
