Sounds Interesting? What you will be doing This position is with Retirement Engineering group with following responsibilities:

• Interpret functional specifications and translating them into test requirements and test plans.
• Manual testing of new features.
• Identifying, logging, tracking and resolution of software bugs.
• Conforming to QA processes, work instructions and standards.
• Provide support, training and assistance to others including peer reviews.
• Provide prompt escalation of functional, technical and project issues to Management.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in all that we do.
• Makes recommendations and directs improvements to the software development lifecycle process.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team-building, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
• Perform Automation Testing in addition to Functional Testing, so testing automation knowhow is MUST.

What you bring: Skillset:

• Should have overall minimum 7+ years of experience in Automation testing with Java ,selenium, Cucumber
• Background in US Retirement Benefits Administration domain must have.
• Professional experience of web software testing
• Knowledgeable in software Quality Assurance practices.
• An understanding of integration, regression, and acceptance testing methodologies
• Knowledge in web applications, including understanding the underlying architectures
• Experience with writing SQL queries
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong desire to break software in creative but controlled manner
• Detail oriented
• Team oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
• Ability to be flexible as new projects are assigned.
• Working knowledge of web technologies (i.e. CSS, HTML5, Javascript, REST service, etc)

Domain Experience:

• US Retirement - Defined Benefits, Defined Contributions, 401K, Pension plans, Withdrawals, Loans, Distributions.
• Various Forms - Form 5500, Form 5300, Form 1099R, 1099-DIV, etc.
• Taxation ? Withholding Federal, State.
• Processes ? Contributions, Investment Elections, Fund Transfers, etc.
