Role And Responsibilities As an Automation Test Engineer at Zigsaw, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of our software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases, execute tests, and report any defects or issues. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Designing and implementing test automation frameworks. Creating and maintaining test plans and test cases. Executing automated tests and analyzing test results. Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects. Working closely with developers and QA team to ensure timely bug resolution. Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and business logic. Candidate Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications: At least 4 years of overall experience in Test/QA. Experience with AWS Cloud platform. Experience with at least one Test Case Management tool (TestRail, Zephyr, EggPlant, TestLodge, etc). Proven experience in test automation using Cucumber and Selenium. Ability to write meaningful test cases, execute them, and record results. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and their application. Ability to adapt quickly to a complex environment and learn new concepts. Understanding of Change and Release Management. Experience in an Agile software development environment is preferred. Required Skills Your skills set should include: Experience with Docker and Selenium. Experience with Atlassian suite: Jira, Confluence, etc. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Bamboo. Experience with Cloud deployments, preferably AWS. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
