Your responsibilities will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks to assess the functionality, performance, and security of our applications.How will you make an impact?

• Building and executing test suites for distributed product deployment
• Installation and staging of product deployments in a variety of configurations to testing environments
• Build automation test suits for regression and new features. Testing UI components, Web Services, Checking data in databases, automating deployment and data generation
• Open bugs detailing relevant information in a repeatable way
• Reproduce issues and verify defect resolutions
• Be involved in new features development, provide inputs to POs and Developers on the correct behaviour of the system
• Install and Configure testing systems with latest deliveries for testing
• Interact closely with Build Engineers on the evolution of Continuous Integration and Deployment
• Adhere to agile development principles while following and improving all aspects of the scrum process

Have you got what it takes?

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related degree
• 2 - 4 years of experience in testing distributed systems with web based front end and backend web services as Automation engineer with very good test automation skills.
• Must have experience in coding of the Automation Framework (TestNG, Selenium or any other UI/Backend Framework)
• Hands on experience in programming language in any of Java
• Experience in using code versioning tools like - Git/Bitbucket/SVN
• Experience in preparing Test Plans/Test Strategies/Reports
• Hands on Test Management tools like XRay
• Database skills required with hands-on experience in SQL
• Experience with defect management and tracking tools, preferably Jira
• Experience with installing software builds/Configuration
• Experienced working on Linux and/or Unix
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be a self-motivated, rapid learner with an active interest in the latest tools, technologies and processes
• Experience working in Agile

You will have an advantage if you also have:

• ISTQB/ISEB qualifications.
• Knowledge of Actimize AIS, RCM and UDM tools
• Hands on coding experience in any software development or scripting language
• Domain knowledge - Capital Markets / Trading / Fraud Detections / Compliance
