Job SummaryWe are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer for the role of Sr. Associate - Projects with 7 to 11 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Visual Studio .NET C#.Net and Selenium C#. Additionally experience in the Airlines domain is mandatory. This role involves ensuring the highest quality standards in software development and testing contributing to the overall success of our projects and enhancing customer satisfaction.Responsibilities * Lead the quality assurance efforts for software projects within the Airlines domain.

• Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases using Visual Studio .NET and C#.Net.
• Provide guidance and support to the testing team in using Selenium C# for automated testing.
• Ensure that all software deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct thorough reviews of test results and provide detailed feedback to the development team.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in quality assurance and testing methodologies.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior QA engineers to build a strong and capable team.
• Ensure that all testing activities are aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
• Contribute to the overall success of the project by ensuring that all software products are of the highest quality and meet customer expectations.
