In this Automation specialist role, you will : Chatbot design, deployment and maintenance Designing flows for specific intents, designing Intents by gathering requirements, detailing user stories, and building repair flows Maintaining clean, modular, readable conversation design documentation for our assistant that\'s able to scale across multiple domains, channels, and languages in a conversation design tool Writing dialog that fits our brand guidelines, but also creatively stretches them where it makes sense. Conducting moderated and unmoderated usability tests and incorporating feedback. Being an advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in the workplace and in your systems. Developing and documenting a clear and repeatable process, and teaching the team Create and maintain a chatbot knowledge base ensuring accurate consistent and trustworthy content Expertly turn technical and complex product and policy information into digestible and jargon free language Automation : Assist in building cloud automations to support the deployment and management of ITSM Platform/Products in our own infrastructure as well as Public Clouds Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.) Work with the product owners/customers to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users. Implement solutions that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite Develop PowerApps integrated with data sources in the SharePoint and Azure infrastructure, both stand-alone and embedded within Power BI Develop or guide site citizen developers to develop PowerApps and Power BI report to improve existing manual workflows Deliver continuous improvement of apps Planning and development of Power platform solutions, troubleshooting any related issues Design database to support site usage of power platform Experience: Degree in Engineering, IT or Computer Science 7-8 years of minimum expereince with systems integration Good communication skills, able to understand and work with users from all departments More than 3 year of Power platform development experience Advanced knowledge of MS Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI Integration of PowerApps and Power Automate 4+ years of experience working with chat or voice assistants because you\'ll be presenting your ideas to executives and will need to explain and defend your process Have designed or built at least one conversational assistant (using any tool set) Experience crafting chat and voice assistant demos Nice to have: Exp rience with ServiceNow Platform Knowledge of private and public cloud environments Experience with NLU systems ITIL certification You don\'t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
