Job Summary:
Ventra Health, a leading business solutions provider for facility-based physicians, is seeking a talented and experienced Automation Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As the Automation Solution Architect, you will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions to drive innovation and efficiency across the healthcare revenue cycle.
The Automation Solution Architect is a critical role within our organization, responsible for exploring, developing, testing, deploying, enhancing, and maintaining all automation capabilities integrated with the platforms that support our global service delivery centers. This role requires a deep understanding of automation concepts and techniques, agile methodologies, cloud computing, and related aspects. As the solution architect, you will play a pivotal role in developing POCs, demoing often, and incorporating feedback from internal and external users to iteratively build and refine solutions that truly add value to our solution delivery centers and clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for devising creative solutions, sharing your expertise with the team, communicating complex technical concepts to less technical users, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating to shape the platform architecture.
Essential Functions and Tasks:
Partner with the Sr. Director of Automation and AI in the development of a long-term vision and roadmap for automation across Ventra.
Assist in the selection, implementation, and management of automation tools and platforms.
Lead the technical strategy and execution of automation projects from concept to deployment.
Architect robust, scalable, and efficient automation solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and validate models.
Implement best practices for automation development and deployment processes.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automation technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
7+ years of designing and delivering automation solutions in a professional setting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in specific automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar platforms.
Experience with developing and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) bots.
Knowledge of workflow automation methodologies and best practices.
Understanding of API integration and web scraping techniques for automation.
Ability to design and implement reusable automation components and libraries.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) for managing automation code.
Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automation deployment.
Familiarity with error handling and exception management in automation workflows.
Experience with automating tasks across various platforms and systems, including web applications, desktop applications, and legacy systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to overcome technical challenges.
Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
Sound ethical judgment and the ability to work with sensitive information and PHI.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Nice to Have Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Familiarity with scripting languages for automation, such as Python, PowerShell or Shell scripting.
