Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Automation Sales and Project Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales in residential automation projects, managing project lifecycles, and leading the team to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a balance of technical understanding in automation solutions and strong sales acumen to engage clients and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for residential automation projects.
-Engage and consult with clients to understand their automation needs, provide product knowledge, and offer suitable solutions.
-Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients. ------- -Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners to build a strong sales pipeline.
-Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Project Management:

-Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
-Manage project timelines, resources, and team assignments, coordinating with technical teams to achieve project milestones.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
-Conduct post-project reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of technicians and support staff, ensuring effective communication, training, and development.
-Schedule and oversee team activities, ensuring project goals are met and quality standards maintained.
-Resolve team issues and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Customer Success & Retention:

-Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and solutions.
- Identify upsell opportunities and renewals, working to foster long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
-2+ years of experience in sales and project management, ideally within the automation or related industry.
- Demonstrated success in sales, client management, and project delivery.
-Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

-Familiarity with automation technologies, smart home systems, and IoT solutions. -Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
-A customer-centric mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
• Quarterly bonus
