As an Automation QA Tester, you will be a key member of our quality assurance team, responsible for ensuring the seamless performance and exceptional quality of our applications developed in Flutter Your core focus will be on creating, managing, and executing automated test scripts using Flutter UI Automation Testing, Flutter Appium Automation, and various AI-enabled testing tools KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to support a fast-paced agile delivery model, using the FlutterDriver and Appium frameworks Implement AI-enabled testing tools such as Rainforest, Functionize, Perfecto, Testim, TestGrid, and TestRigor to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure that applications meet specified quality standards Collaborate with the software development team to understand application features, database design, and potential areas of risk Document and manage defect tracking using a recognized system; retest defect corrections and regression test Assist in the preparation of test plans and test cases based on the requirements and technical specifications Provide input to improve overall test efficiency and test coverage Report, track, and manage any discovered defects to resolution Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive root cause identification and resolution Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies EXPERIENCE BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject Minimum of 3 years of experience in automated testing of applications developed in Flutter Proven experience with Flutter UI Automation Testing, Flutter Appium Automation Experience with AI-enabled testing tools such as Rainforest, Functionize, Perfecto, Testim, TestGrid, TestRigor is strongly preferred Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization Strong communication skills with the ability to document and troubleshoot errors Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing A PLUS IF YOU HAVE Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems, order management systems, and other restaurant-specific technology Familiarity with remote troubleshooting techniques Certification in project management and software tools Strong customer service orientation and the ability to manage relationships Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Start-up experience (we love entrepreneurs!)
