Job Description

Responsibilities:


Designing, developing, and supporting test automation scripts for test infrastructure and providing automation solutions.


Work as part of cross functional, passionate agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process from requirements definition through to delivery.


Take full ownership of and maintain a robust QA environment, including test databases and system deployments.


Devise test strategies to adequately cover requirements, develop high-level test scenarios that implement the strategy, and elaborate scenarios into detailed test cases.


Conduct training and best practice sessions with QA Team.


Coordinate with project stakeholders to develop and maintain test schedules within established project management methodologies.




Skills:


Strong programming skills in JAVA or Python to develop Test automation frameworks using automation tools like Selenium, TestNG and Junit.


Working knowledge on products like Pega, CIM and VCX is helpful.


Expertise in Automation framework development using Selenium or Tosca.


Strong expertise in different types of Performance testing like Load testing, Stress testing, Peak testing and Volume testing using tools like JMeter.


Expertise in Software development best practices


Strong understanding of CI/CD principles.


Expert knowledge of writing technical documentation/defects and issues


Hands on experience using source control systems such as GitHub.


Good Experience of ETL testing and strong in SQL queries.


Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills; attention to detail, thoroughness, and strong ownership of work


Mandatory Skills:


Test Automation using Selenium Java/Python.


Strong experience in GIT, Maven, and Allure reports.


Strong experience in Performance testing using JMeter.


Experience of CI/CD pipeline.


Solid experience in SQL and ETL testing.


Experience in Test management tools like Jira.


Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools


Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills
