Job Description

:

We are seeking a skilled PCS7 Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining process automation systems using Siemens PCS7 software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation, PLC programming, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and configuring Siemens PCS7 control systems based on project requirements.
• Programming PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) using Siemens TIA Portal or similar platforms.
• Developing HMI (Human-Machine Interface) applications for operator interaction and control.
• Integrating various automation components such as sensors, actuators, and industrial communication networks.
• Conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure functionality and performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Providing technical support and training to maintenance and operations staff.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documenting design specifications, installation procedures, and user manuals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in industrial automation with a focus on Siemens PCS7 software.
• Proficiency in PLC programming, preferably using Siemens TIA Portal.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
• Experience with HMI/SCADA systems and their integration with PLCs.
• Familiarity with control panel design and electrical schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to interface with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in relevant field.
• Certification in Siemens PCS7 programming.
• Knowledge of batch process control and optimization.
• Experience in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, or chemical processing.

Pay: ?16,478.61 - ?83,099.01 per month
