As we expand our presence, we looking for a motivated Automation Engineer to become a part of our team.We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to lead the digital transformation of our growing company by digitizing and automating critical business processes. This role is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency, improving service delivery, and enabling us to scale effectively. You will work closely with different teams to understand workflows, identify automation opportunities, and implement solutions that streamline operations across the organization.Tasks

• WhatsApp Bot Development: Design and develop WhatsApp bots with a focus on creating intuitive, seamless user experiences.
• Business Process Automation: Analyze and automate existing manual processes, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Digital Transformation: Spearhead the companys digital transformation initiatives by evaluating and implementing the latest tools, platforms, and technologies
• Software Integration: Integrate various software tools and platforms (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, accounting software) to create seamless data flows and unified operations.
• Custom Automation Solutions: Develop and deploy custom automation scripts and tools tailored to business needs, using technologies like Python, JavaScript, and relevant automation frameworks.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, sales, marketing) to understand pain points and deliver automated solutions.
• Technical Support & Training: Provide ongoing technical support for automation tools and train employees to effectively use digital solutions.
• Data & Reporting Automation: Automate data collection, reporting, and analytics processes to provide real-time insights and improve decision-making.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends in automation and digital transformation to recommend and implement the best solutions for the company.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in automation engineering, with a focus on business process automation and digital transformation.
• Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for developing automation scripts.
• Automation Tools: Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar tools.
• System Integration: Experience in integrating various software systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, accounting systems) to streamline operations.
• Process Improvement Mindset: Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex process challenges.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic, small-company environment.
• Prior experience in a small or growing company, driving digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with digital tools for customer relationship management (CRM), project management, and finance/accounting automation and knowledge of business process modeling and workflow design is a plus.
