We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with a strong background in MATE (Management Automation Test Environment) and Enable (Ericsson\xe2\x80\x99s network management and automation tool) to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in MATE and Enable. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that enhance our network management and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation Design & Implementation: Develop and implement automation solutions using MATE and Enable tools to streamline network management processes, reduce manual intervention, and improve efficiency.
System Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems and ensure seamless operations.
Testing & Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of automation scripts and tools to ensure they meet the required standards and perform as expected in various scenarios.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support for automation-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to resolve any challenges.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation processes, scripts, and configurations to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technologies and tools. Propose and implement improvements to enhance the automation framework and processes.Qualifications4-8 years of experience in automation engineering with at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with MATE and Enable tools.
Strong expertise in MATE (Management Automation Test Environment) and Enable (Ericsson\xe2\x80\x99s network management tool). Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Perl.
Deep understanding of network management principles and practices. Familiarity with Ericsson\'s product portfolio and network infrastructure.
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
