Service Process Management (SPM) comprises the design, development, deployment, and innovation in creation of services portfolio with best in class processes and the support in efficient service delivery through tools, automation, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Contains identification of service goals and the support of service delivery through end-to-end lifecycle management and regarding the use of processes for services.

Automation Architect
Goal:
• Assist service delivery teams with toolings to allow them deliver project effectively and efficiently with standardized power tools (i.e., automation tools)
• Making sure automation tools are properly selected and used for service delivery. Right tool for the right tasks.
• Create power tools awareness in service delivery/customer engineering communities through workshops/trainings
• Build the regional Customer Engineering (CE) network automation center of excellence
• Support regional customization of standard power tools for network delivery and audit.
Responsibilities:
• Making sure automation tools are properly selected and used for service delivery.
• Interface with their RBC counterparts, where same profile exists, for coordination and alignment.
• Contribute to the tools architecture board discussions across IP service delivery organizations.
• Working closely with EDA strategy leader providing feedback on customer engagements and on the strategy.
• Learn networking technologies and familiarize with SROS and SRL configuration
• Perform requirements designation and importance analysis; perform verifiability analysis; perform risk analysis.
• Perform Use Case Analysis, scenario determination and develop sequence diagrams to support the requirements analysis, architecture & high-level design activities.
• Create automation delivery architecture/description document and user guides
• Maintain Requirements & Design traceability.
Maintain traceability between requirement sets (Customer, System, Subsystems and System Elements), maintain traceability to architecture and design documents; support traceability to verification activities.

Key Deliverables:
• Provide automation delivery solutions using standard power tools (IP EDA tools primarily) and customization
• Provide effort estimates and maintain project plan when the customization is required.
• Deliver workshop/training how to engineering communities how to use power tools effectively and efficienctly.
Skills :
• Bachelor in Engineering or computer science with 7 years plus software development experience.
• Knowledgable in Python software development, Visual Basic/Macro in MS Excel
• Knowledgeable in Unix environment as "admin/root" user familiar with Unix services: DNS, NFS, SSH, HTTP, FTP, DHCP, HTTP, etc.
• Knowledgeable on Virtualization/KVM, Container/Docker, NVF and related technologies.
• Knowledgeable in networking L2 and L3 on switch and router
• Have a good or excellent interpersonal skils and able to work as a team
• Knowledgeable on Network Management Systems, networking concepts and related technologies Knowing NBI/SBI prototocols, such as CLI, SNMP, REST API, gRPC, NETCONF/RESTCONF are a plus.
• Must be "hands-on" (love to get hands dirty)
• Knowledgeable on service provider deployment/operation, working on switches and routers are a plus
• Having a Nokia/Cisco/Juniper network certification is a plus
• Willing and keen to learn new things.
Experience:
• Experience in design/implement/deploy a software
• Strong Linux/Unix shell and datacenter networking knowledge
• Hands-on experience including design, build, deploy, debug or trouble-shooting & fault-finding, etc.

• Nokia SDN & NFV portfolio - Nuage, vEPC, VSR, NSP, SSG, etc.
• Nokia IP Router portfolio - 7x50 XRS/SR/ESS/SRa and 7705/7210 portfolio
• Nokia EPC/CPC portfolio - SGW, PGW, MME, SGSN and vEPC
• VMWare ESXi, vCloud/vCenter, OpenStack, CloudStack, OpenFlow, KVM, Xen, Hyper-V
• RHEL/CentOS, Ubuntu, Java, Python/PERL etc.
