Position Title: Automation

Key Responsibilities: Automation with Java Selenium
----------------------------------------------------------



Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.

Analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.

Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve issues.

Maintain and enhance existing automated test suites.

Perform regression testing and ensure the stability of applications.

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Report and track defects using tools such as JIRA or similar.

Provide clear and concise documentation of test procedures, results, and issues.

Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve test processes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3-6 years of experience in test automation with Selenium and Java.

Proficiency in writing and maintaining automated test scripts.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
