Job Description
Job Requirements
• Familiarize with Controllers (Intelligent Electronic devices) and develop good understanding on their functionality.
• Design functional verification test plans to validate performance, boundary and negative testing
• Identify and ensure requirements traceability to test cases.
• Own and execute test cases for each requirement as part of an agile iteration schedule.
• Identify and report defects detected during testing
• Assist in prioritization of reported defects and work with software developers to facilitate timely closure
• Verify resolution of resolved defects
• Record and report test results in an effective manner.
Work Experience
• 1+ years of experience in Manual Testing (Desktop application)
• Well experienced test documentation, test setup, test data preparation
• Experienced in requirement analysis
• Good understanding on defect life cycle.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
