Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electroplating Incharge to oversee operations of our automatic plating line. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of electroplating processes, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operation Management :
• Oversee the daily operation of automatic plating lines, ensuring efficient workflow and high production output.
• Set up and maintain plating machinery, including tanks, transporters, control systems, and dosing equipment[].
• Quality Control :
• Monitor the quality of plated products, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer specifications.
• Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to minimize defects and rework.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting :
• Perform regular maintenance on plating equipment to prevent downtime and ensure consistent operation.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with machinery promptly to minimize production delays[].
• Team Leadership :
• Train and supervise plating team members, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Process Optimization :
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Implement process improvements and new technologies to enhance plating performance.
• Compliance & Safety :
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Maintain documentation related to plating processes, maintenance, and safety audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electroplating, preferably with automatic plating lines.
• Strong understanding of electroplating chemistry and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Leadership experience with a focus on team development and process improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
