Job Description

This position is a full time: 9:30 to 6:30 working from office near Iskon, Satellite Area.

Salary range: 15,000 to 25,000.

Sales Administration: Assist in managing the sales pipeline, including data entry, updating customer information, and tracking sales activities. Handle documentation related to sales orders, contracts, and proposals. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

Technical Support: Utilising software applications and tools commonly used in civil engineering, such as computer-aided design (CAD) software, project management software, or spreadsheet applications.

Communication and Collaboration: Liaising with project managers, engineers, and other Sales Department members to gather and verify data. Collaborating with team members to resolve any sales-data related issues or discrepancies. Providing assistance and responding to inquiries regarding ongoing projects.

Data Entry: Accurately inputting and updating various types of data into computer systems or databases related to ongoing and new projects. This may include project specifications, measurements, survey data, material quantities, cost estimates, progress reports, and other relevant information.

Documentation Management: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files of project documentation, including drawings, contracts, quotation, enquiry data, and daily reports. Ensuring that documents are properly labelled, filed, and easily accessible for reference or retrieval.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Extracting relevant information from the collected data and generating reports or summaries as required. Analysing data trends, identifying patterns, and preparing reports for project managers or engineering teams to aid in decision-making processes.

Product Knowledge: Acquire a deep understanding of aluminium doors and windows, including their features, benefits, and applications. Provide accurate and comprehensive product information to the sales team as and when required.

Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline data entry processes, enhance efficiency, and improve data management systems. Making recommendations for process improvements or adopting new tools or technologies to optimise data entry and retrieval.

Qualification

• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 2 Years experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative support for engineering companies.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Analytical mindset to gather and interpret sales data and metrics.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and handling sales-related documents.
• Adaptability and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to tackle challenges and improve sales support processes.
• Familiarity with Window / Door estimation softwares.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

• Satellite, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
