1) Role Candidate is expected to work in engineering department, support team of draftsman/ engineers and coordinate with cross functional departments. 2) Qualification Candidate should be at least ITT Draftsman / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Graduate in Mechanical Engineering shall be added advantage. 3) Age Around 20 to 25 years. May relaxed for experienced candidate. 4) Languages Should be fluent in English & fluency in Hindi, Telugu shall be added advantage. 5) Location Raja Praasadamu, Masjid Banda Road, Sai Pruthvi Enclave, Kondapur, Telangana. 6) Experience 2 to 5 years of experience in Drafting, Design & Engineering in manufacturing industry preferred. Exposure to Drafting/ Detailing for Process equipment / Railway products / Cement plant & Material handling equipment shall be added advantage. 7) Skills Knowledge & Expertise in AutoCAD and Inventor (3D Modelling software) preferred. Exposure to other 3D modelling software\xe2\x80\x99s, MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint shall be added advantage. 8) JOB Requirement a) Familiar with Process equipment such as Pressure vessels, Tanks, Columns, Heat exchangers. OR b) Familiar with Railway products such as Bogie bolster, Bogie frame, Under frame (Front part/ Module/ End part), Body bolster, Head stock, Modular trough/ frame, Honeycomb Partition frame/ Body shell item, Longitudinal beam, End wall, Side wall, Roof, Door, Water tank, Spring dome, Luggage rack, Pillar assembly, Battery box, Braking systems, Casting, Forged items, Kit items etc. Sound understanding of engineering bogie, shell, furnishing items for various products of Railway. OR c) Familiar with Cement Plant / Material handling equipment such as Mills, Separators, Kiln, Girth gear trains, Crushers, Vibrating Screens, Vibrating feeder, belt conveyor, Bucket Elevator, Screw Conveyor etc. d) Basic knowledge required to study and understand assembly / component drawing details. e) Basic knowledge required to prepare engineering Bill of materials, material thickness wise list, profile drawing, plate cutting layout drawing & advance procurement list. f) Basic engineering knowledge required to calculate profile length, area & weight for plate/ sheet material manually and also using AutoCAD software. g) Support marketing for Tendering & Proposals by providing bill of materials, weight estimates, material requirements & specification for steel plates, section, casting, forging, fasteners etc. h) Thorough knowledge of various materials required for Railway products including various applicable standards for material grades. i) To check and release fabrication drawings & Bill of materials to manufacturing related functions. j) Proficiency for working in AutoCAD & should be able to check/correct drawing in soft copies. k) Good knowledge of basic & advanced commands in AutoCAD software required, to draw 2D sketches of part drawing, assembly drawing & detailing. l) Good knowledge required in AutoCAD software, to convert PDF drawings to AutoCAD. m) Visualization of 3D drawing views required, to draw Top view, Front view, Side view & Developed view, specifically for the items which require bending. n) Basic knowledge required in AutoCAD software, to plot & dimension various shapes of loose part components in plate cutting layout drawing. o) Good knowledge required in AutoCAD software to optimize plate material without much wastage. p) Exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 3834-2 and EN 15085-2 Railway Engineering requirements shall be added advantage.
