Job Description

As an AutoCAD Designer for our Real Estate Company/Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development process of our real estate projects. You will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, site plans, and floor plans using AutoCAD software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Drafting: Create precise and detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and site plans using AutoCAD software.

2. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate concepts into technical drawings.

3. Design Development: Assist in the development and refinement of design concepts, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals and objectives.

4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all drawings and design revisions, ensuring that files are organized and easily accessible to project team members.

5. Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency, identifying and addressing any errors or discrepancies in a timely manner.

6. Coordination: Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate their input and expertise into the design process, ensuring alignment with project specifications and requirements.

7. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to architectural design and drafting, and actively seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

2. Proficiency in AutoCAD software and other relevant design tools.

3. Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building materials.

4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings.

5. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

7. Previous experience in real estate development or construction industry preferred.
