: Draftsman
Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad (On-site)
Experience Required: 3-4 years (in the real estate industry)
Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Roles and Responsibilities
• Use AutoCAD software to create precise drawings with accurate measurements and construction details.
• Develop and optimize 2D plans for various projects using CAD tools.
• Convert architects' sketches and specifications into technical drawings .
• Collaborate with departments to prepare engineering sketches for client proposals and maintain organized records of all drawings.
• Ensure coordination of Structure, MEP, and Architectural Drawings .
• Possess knowledge of quantity surveying for accurate estimations and cost assessments.
Education & Skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
• Strong computer and architectural analysis skills .
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teams.
• Real estate industry experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
