Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
• Prepare Construction-Ready Drawings: Create detailed and accurate structural drawings for both residential and commercial projects, ensuring they meet all necessary specifications.
• Collaboration: Work independently to develop structural drawings based on inputs from structural engineers, ensuring clarity and precision in all designs.
• Client Engagement: Understand and align with client requirements, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met through clear and effective communication.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD proficiently for drafting and designing purposes. Preference will be given to candidates holding a Diploma in a relevant field, with additional qualifications considered advantageous.
• Issue Resolution: Handle client inquiries and coordinate with on-site teams to resolve any issues related to drawings, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
• Basic IT Skills: Demonstrate basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes.
