Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD [Drafter/Designer/Technician] to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying technical drawings using AutoCAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of drafting principles, technical drawings, and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Drawing Creation and Modification:

Create and modify 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD software based on sketches, specifications, and calculations. Develop detailed plans, elevations, sections, and other technical drawings. Revise and update drawings as needed, incorporating design changes and feedback.

Project Collaboration:

Collaborate with engineers, architects, designers, and other team members to ensure accurate and coordinated drawings. Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders regarding drawing progress and issues. Attend project meetings and provide technical input as required.

Documentation and Standards:

Maintain accurate and organized drawing files and documentation. Adhere to company and industry drafting standards, including layer conventions, line weights, and title blocks. Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes and regulations.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support to other team members regarding AutoCAD software and drafting procedures. Troubleshoot drawing issues and resolve technical problems. Possibly convert legacy drawings into updated autocad format.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree or technical certification in drafting, design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience working as an AutoCAD [Drafter/Designer/Technician] in relevant industry, e.g., Architecture, Furniture manufacturing Proficiency in AutoCAD software (2D and 3D). Good understanding of drafting principles, technical drawings, and industry standards. Knowledge of relevant software or tools, e.g., SolidWorks

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Autocad (minimum 1 to 2 years) Knowledge of Interior & Furniture Drawings

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
