Using the project "brief" to identify clients' needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals

Developing product in line as per client's need.

Job brief

We are looking for a right-brained candidate to perform all phases of project work including planning, designing and overseeing the task. You will be involved in client communication, new product designs, project execution, site and product measurement, alterations from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match client's needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing products.

Responsibilities

Client End to end verbal and written communication

Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design

Take the "brief" to identify clients' needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals layout in (SketchUp, 3DS MAX or similar software).

Prepare Quotation and Annexure of every project and updating same on ERP Software

Produce detailed product drawing and make any necessary corrections

Compile project specifications

Keep within budgets and timelines

Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, guidelines and regulations

Make on site visits for measurement and to check on project status and report

Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals

Follow architectural trends and advancements

Requirements

Proven working experience as a project executor

Strong portfolio to prove skills

Expert knowledge of furniture, products and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (SketchUp, 3DS MAX or similar)

Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions

Visual awareness and an eye for detail

Communication and project management skills

Advance computer knowledge

Odoo software knowledge candidate will have an advantage.

Pay: ?18,583.64 - ?27,210.83 per month
