Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating ideas, rough sketches, and specifications into detailed and accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD software. This role requires a meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in CAD software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure designs meet required specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD software based on input from engineers, architects, and designers.
• Convert rough sketches and specifications into professional, accurate blueprints and schematics.
• Collaborate with design teams and other stakeholders to review and modify designs to enhance functionality and ensure feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements in all drawings.
• Revise drawings and layouts as necessary to correct deficiencies or accommodate changes and improvements.
• Maintain drawing databases and coordinate document management activities.
• Provide support during project planning and execution phases by assisting with material take-offs, cost estimation, and technical documentation.
• Participate in meetings and conferences to present and discuss project progress and challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AutoCAD Drafter or similar role in drafting and design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software and other relevant CAD programs.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to interpret and create technical drawings and schematics.
• Solid understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with engineering terminology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Diploma or certification in drafting or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a relevant industry such as architecture, engineering, construction, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
