Job Description

Responsibilities/:

Conduct comprehensive site evaluations to assess the feasibility of development projects.

Develop comprehensive master plans for land development projects, ensuring alignment with zoning regulations and company objectives.

Perform quality checks on drafted drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

Identify and rectify errors or discrepancies in drawings.

Provide regular updates on the progress of drafting tasks to the department's manager.

Optimize plot layouts for efficiency, aesthetics, and functionality.

Apply in-depth knowledge of RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) regulations to ensure full legal compliance throughout all stages of development and planning processes, from initial design to project execution.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Proven experience in real estate development with a focus on land planning and civil engineering.

Proficiency in MS Excel

Strong knowledge of zoning regulations, environmental considerations, and land development practices.

Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design and analysis tools.

Excellent project management and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Knowledge on Dharani Portal

Knowledge on Land documents verification

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
