Job Title: AutoCAD Engineer - Structural Designs

Location: Shillong Meghalaya State

Job Summary:
The AutoCAD Engineer will be responsible for creating detailed structural drawings and plans for various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in AutoCAD, a solid understanding of structural engineering principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings and specifications for structural projects including buildings, bridges, and other infrastructures.
• Collaborate with structural engineers and architects to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Review and modify existing drawings as needed to accommodate changes or improvements.
• Prepare layouts, sections, and details relating to structural elements.
• Ensure all drawings are completed within specified deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project requirements.
• Maintain organized documentation and version control of all drawings.
• Adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the design process.

Qualifications:

• Diploma AUTOCAD, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an AutoCAD Engineer in structural design or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D).
• Strong understanding of structural concepts and building codes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?900,000.00 per year
