Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation : Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget to develop design solutions that match their vision.
• Space Planning : Develop functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts, optimizing the use of space in residential, commercial, or corporate projects.
• Design Concepts : Create detailed designs, sketches, and 3D models to present concepts to clients for approval.
• Material & Furniture Selection : Choose appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting to align with the overall design concept and client preferences.
• Coordination with Contractors : Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design execution meets high-quality standards.
• Trend Awareness : Stay up-to-date on current design trends, new materials, and technological innovations in interior design.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
• Solid knowledge of space planning, materials, furniture, and lighting design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client meetings and project reviews.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgetary constraints.
• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification from recognized bodies (e.g., NCIDQ, LEED) is a plus.
• Experience in both residential and commercial interior design.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and eco-friendly materials.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
