Key Responsibilities:

Develop Technical Drawings:

Use AutoCAD software to produce accurate 2D and 3D models, layouts, and detailed drawings based on design concepts and specifications.

Collaborate with Teams:

Work alongside architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into designs.

Review and Interpret Plans:

Analyze sketches, notes, and other input materials to create comprehensive and precise drawings.

Ensure Compliance:

Verify that all drawings adhere to relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Maintain Documentation:

Organize and update drawing files, templates, and related documentation for future reference.

Revise Designs:

Modify existing drawings as necessary, based on feedback or changes in project scope.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

An associate degree or certification in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field is typically required.

Proficiency in CAD Software:

Extensive experience with AutoCAD; familiarity with other design software like SolidWorks or Revit is advantageous.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to produce precise and accurate drawings, minimizing errors and ensuring quality.

Understanding of Design Principles:

Knowledge of engineering and architectural standards, materials, and construction methods.

Communication Skills:

Effective verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate with team members and present designs clearly.

Time Management:

Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Salary Negotiable -
