Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter/Designer/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD software and possess a strong understanding of drafting principles. The primary responsibility of this role is to create technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers, architects, or designers. The AutoCAD Drafter/Designer/Technician will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD software based on project requirements.

Interpret and analyze design specifications provided by engineers, architects, or designers.

Collaborate with project managers and other team members to understand project objectives and timelines.

Revise drawings as necessary to incorporate feedback and ensure accuracy.

Maintain organized files and documentation of drawings and revisions.

Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including drawings, reports, and presentations.

Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to drafting and design.

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD software and other related software tools.

Strong understanding of drafting principles, techniques, and standards.

Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Diploma or degree in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
