Responsibilities and Duties Should have mandatory 1Years experience in the construction projects Excellent knowledge of Sketchup or 3Ds max is mandatory Meeting with clients for discussion and understanding specifications. Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for Customers. Have practical knowledge of AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, V ray, Photoshop, 3DS Max corona etc Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects. Coordinate with site executives for the practicality and accessibility of the design. Create working drawings for the execution of projects and communicate the same to the execution team. Research and decide on materials and products sourcing. Oversee the project execution to maintain precise execution and superior quality. Keep effective communication with the clients, vendors, and team members for the successful completion of the project. Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices. Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude for design principles Qualifications and Skills: Be capable of handling customers individually with creative designs as per company standards. Be able to do the quick rendering as per customer specifications and provide information about interior accessories. Be able to educate customers about the competitive advantages of the products of the company. Be able to coordinate with the internal department to ensure the smooth functioning of the project at each stage. Propose creative/competitive designs to the Management to obtain more business opportunities in the market. Should be a quick learner.
