About us: Notion Press is India\'s largest book publishing platform with over 60,000 books published and sold in 150+ countries. We are a 10-year-old platform and currently publish a new book every 30 minutes. Notion Press is a global platform for anyone who believes in the power of words and the impact it can have on the world we live in. Our vision is to democratize publishing and help writers to publish and sell their books directly to readers around the world. We are a 100+ strong team currently operating in India, looking to expand to South-East Asia, Europe and North America. Seeking a self-driven, well-organized individual to join our vendor support team to help assist Notion Press\' published authors in all their operational related queries. In this role you will: Liaise with authors who have published their books with us( To sort out the issues) Provide assistance in handling Book store distribution. Handle author and customer queries via chat and email. Provide appropriate resolution for all queries that are raised by the author and customers. Ensure all the concerns of the author and customers are addressed. Close all tickets with the stipulated SLA\'s. Work closely with all the internal teams Analyse author and customer query patterns and provide recommendations to the leadership team Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating and net promoter score. A Perfect Candidate Has: 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer-facing roles and know basics of MS Office with strong computer knowledge. Should be a problem-solver and to figure out the root cause for any issues raised by customers. Strong Communication skills with strong command over the English language. A second language is a plus. Hindi is Mandatory. Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals. Ability to meet both Daily and Monthly Targets. Should possess the skill to work both in a team and also perform independently.
