• As a seasoned Engineering subject matter expert focusing on Network Access Control at Koch Industries, you will be at the forefront of engineering, deploying, and managing Cisco ISE and other NAC solutions such as Juniper Mist and Aruba ClearPass. Your expertise will take our IT infrastructure to unprecedented levels, addressing critical authentication technologies and enhancing wireless capabilities across all Koch companies.

• What You Will Do



• Lead the experiments, proof of concepts, and technology enhancement for Cisco ISE and other NAC solutions (e.g., Juniper Mist, Aruba ClearPass) and drive towards their implementations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive NAC policies and procedures to ensure robust wireless infrastructure and seamless connectivity.
+ Serve as the specialist focused on addressing technical drawbacks and challenges associated with existing NAC solutions.
+ Work closely with vendors and service providers to evaluate and implement new NAC technologies and solutions.
+ Engage in customer interactions, knowledge sharing, and consultative support to enhance the user experience across all Koch companies.
+ Conduct inter-capability training and create product documentation for standardized work processes.
+ Assist the Operations team with escalations and daily operations to maintain system availability and performance.
+ Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for NAC-related issues and incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to network access.
+ Conduct regular reviews of NAC-related issues to enhance processes and prevent future incidents.
+ Propose and implement continuous improvements to enhance network security and NAC effectiveness.
+ Manage NAC solution renewals and provide billing reports to support technical and financial efforts.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Demonstrable experience in the field of wireless authentication with leading NAC technologies such as Cisco ISE, Juniper Mist, Forescout, Aruba ClearPass, or similar.
• A track record of successfully managing and resolving high-complexity wireless security issues within a large-scale environment.
• Knowledge of current security best practices, compliance standards, and a clear understanding of how to align infrastructure with these.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of leading projects, engaging with vendors, and fostering teamwork.
• Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation, product configurations, and reference architectures.
• Ability to provide training and mentorship to cross capability team members

What Will Put You Ahead

• 7+ years of experience in either support of complex enterprise IT infrastructure, or management of wireless network security platforms like Cisco ISE, Aruba Clear Pass, Juniper Mist etc.
• A history of innovation in streamlining processes, automating routine tasks, and improving operational efficiency in wireless security management.
• Proven capacity to work with cross-functional project teams and to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in network automation, design, and usage of scripting technologies Ansible tower, Ansible core, Python, YAML, CloudFormation/Terraform
